Wadsworth Scholarship

The Wadsworth Scholarship helps fund the academic expenses of outstanding undergraduate students in the Department of Landscape Architecture. The scholarship is given in memory of Brenton Wadsworth, a 1952 graduate of the department, who 'advocates a profession that would contribute to a higher standard of human life, health and well-being.' The first Wadsworth Scholarship, an amount equal to one semester of in-state tuition, was given this year to Aaron Petri. Petri was deemed eligible based on his practice of leadership, his commitment to community service, his strong academic performance, and his professional promise.
